• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, per household, and per shared IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, coordinated betting strategies, or wagering on restricted game types — will have their bonus forfeited and may face Account suspension.

All bets placed on the 1jjbet Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• A bet is accepted and binding only when a confirmation message and unique bet reference number have been issued by the Platform. Bets pending system confirmation are not valid.
• 1jjbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet from any Player, at any time, without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or odds display error, 1jjbet reserves the right to void the affected bets. Manifestly incorrect odds (e.g., odds that are clearly the result of a data feed error) do not constitute a valid bet regardless of any confirmation issued.
• Live betting markets close at 1jjbet's discretion and may be suspended at any time. Bets placed after the closure of a market will be void.
• Cricket markets, including PSL fixtures and international matches, are governed by official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or void matches will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jjbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information in violation of sporting integrity standards.

• Attempting to launder money or process funds through the Platform in a manner that violates applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Abusing the customer support system, including making false claims, threatening staff, or engaging in harassment.

All content on the 1jjbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software code, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 1jjbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to keep Account credentials secure.

1jjbet's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1jjbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of criminal conduct.
